This little Panda, often fighting against a non scrupulous fox called Mr Bonhomme (in french), is the heroe of the longest serial of Toonder studios. Published in France in several regional newspapers (more tha 40 years in "la Voix du Nord", in Lille !), it is known of the comics fans by the magazine "Panda", published by the Artima editions during the 50'.
