- Assimilation may played in two modes, its own, and the Ataxx one. We already have presented the Ataxx mode, with its characteristics and its numerous parameters.The other mode has the same ones, excepted that the jump of pieces are only in horizontal, vertical and diagonal directions, without the 8 destinations of the "horse jump" in the Chess game (see the picture).
