These methods are little known and difficult to understand: A site may be visited randomly, or because the webmaster adds it himself (for free); the entire site may be described in the search engine, or only a few pages; they either use or do not use keywords, and so on...
These page were created, in the first place, for my personal use. Of course, it comes with no guarantees. I merely use them sometimes...
I have searched informations in the Web. I only found the site Web Reference - Search Engines by Bruce Grossan (in english), and it is not a precise and acute information...
