- Allows to recover icons of the .exe and .dll files, to change them in .ico files.
- The "drag and drop" is allowed in the first and main way (.exe or .dll toward the window), not and in the second way (window toward destination folder for the .ico), but I didn't find a better freeware...
- I don't like the look of this program (window not movable, not reducted... you have to guess where are the buttons...). Also, if you click on "Find", the program seems to search all icons in drive C: and it never ends...
- This program created by the swedish (or Russian, or american...) Arkaidiy Istomin is to download by clicking here (156 Kb, zip format). At his home page, there is a newer version, Icon Toy 2, that is shareware (15 $).
